Buyers agree, by their use of this website, to not hold Pinballing.com responsible for dissatisfaction with items they have purchased from registered sellers. All transactions, except for the listing fee, are solely between buyers and sellers. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.

We will actively seek out and ban fraudulent sellers, but can not guarantee that all sellers on our classifieds are legitimate. Please use the appropriate caution when purchasing items from someone you do not know.

No submitted information shall be rented, sold, or given away to any third party businesses or individuals by us. We will never willfully disclose any information about our visitors without first receiving the visitor's permission.
