| Q. Do I have to register to post ads? |
A. Yes. Once you register you are free to post ads. The reason we require registration is to keep fraudulent people from placing ads. |
| Q. Do you sell my personal information? |
A. No. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for any kind of market research, including in-house research. If you chose to be registered to our mailing list then you may occasionally receive an email from the pinballing.com classifieds, but this is strictly related to the classifieds service.
The main use for your information is for prospective buyers to contact you. |
| Q. Will you ever contact me by email? |
A. If you chose to receive the newsletter when you registered then you may occasionally be contacted by us with a relevant newsletter. Otherwise, the only time you may be contacted is if we have an important announcement or a change of service. |
Q. I am a dealer. Can I post ads? |
A. Yes you can! We welcome private and commercial sellers. |
| Q. For featured ads, how do I pay? |
A. You can either choose to pay by Paypal or send a check. Paypal is the best way to pay - you can pay on your credit/debit card and your ad will be live immediately. If you wish to pay by check, it needs to be in Pounds Stirling (GBP) and you need to make it payable to: Craig Atkins and send it to: Pinballing.com, 21 Kenton Road, Earley, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 7LQ, United Kingdom. Your add will be switched live once your check has cleared. |
| Q. Can I list the same advert in different categories? |
A. Only if the item fits the description of multiple categories. If we find you have submitted an ad to more than one category for the purpose of 'spamming' the listings then, at our discretion, all your adverts may be removed and no refund will be given on any payments made. |
